Onions and Oranges

In attempt to sharpen my photography skills, I decided to challenge myself with some food photography - at night and under iridescent lighting. I've wimped out a little bit learning the ins and outs of my DSLR (let's face it, the preset macro is pretty good) but playing with the depth of field (aperture), exposure and ISO was actually pretty fun.

On the downside, all I have on my counter are onions and oranges.
