Time to get to work! I haven't been able to sell at the Farmers Market for a couple of weeks now, so yesterday and today are all about gearing up. Unfortunately, next weekend is a big local festival that I also wanted to gear up for in terms of stock.... what's a girl to do?!
Here's what is happening tomorrow:
- Snickerpoodles: yummy dog treats rolled in a cornmeal/cinnamon topping
- Colliepops: pup-friendly peanut butter bones on a rawhide stick
- Bunch Cakes: rounds of cake/frosting dipped in chocolate... on a stick!
- Shoes 4 Sprouts: the now famous baby shoes
- Antique Canning Caddy Utensil Holders (3 left!)
- Goats Milk Soaps: Sage Rain, Lemon Poppy Seed, Oatmeal/Milk/Honey with Chamomile, and Apple/Lavender/Oak with Chamomile
I am still toying with a few new ideas, including s'mores kits (homemade marshmallows & graham crackers). The soaps have been a blast and I am looking forward to adding 2 new scents soon-- Peach Nectar & Wild Violet with Rose. I finished all of my soap base yesterday to make the last few bars for the market and took lots of pictures for an upcoming post on the incredibly simple process of melt-and-pour soaps!
For now, Happy 4th of July
and a belated Happy Canada Day!
